- Search members in your area by going to your Seeker Homepage;
- Find pets looking for care by going to your Host Homepage;
- Befriend other members and chat with them;
- Earn credits by hosting;
- Place your own pet care request on the platform;
- Redeem credits for pet services;
- Services include overnight pet sitting, dog walking, or home visits;
- Review responses to your request from other members; contact them via online chat;
- Complete your confirmed booking through the app;
- Set up a meet-and-greet and discuss details.
Build your social network of pet owners
- Build your own trusted personal network of pet owners. You can meet other pet owners by browsing their profiles and chatting with them online.
- You will receive 5 credits for signing up, so you can start using the network immediately.
- Refer family and friends and earn credits for each referral. Each member has a personal referral code to provide others. Each time somebody uses your personal referral code during sign-up you will receive an extra credit. Get all your family and friends on the platform and never feel guilty about asking for help again.
Credit system
- Each credit redeemed costs $12. One credit is for 24h dog sitting, 2 dog walks (30 minute each) or 2 home visits. The credit will be transferred from the member who is seeking pet care to the member who is proving the care. The redemption cost of $12 dollars is paid directly to the platform during the booking process.
- Max & Lilly donates a portion of each credit redemption fee earn to a pet charity.
